Chase earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, where he gained invaluable business acumen that continues to serve him in complex real estate transactions. Known for his exceptional communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and deep market knowledge, Chase is a trusted advisor to both buyers and sellers.
 
His primary focus areas include Newport Beach, with a specialization in Cliff Haven, as well as Palm Springs and Palm Desert for second homes and investment properties. Chase has a strong track record of negotiating above-list sales for his sellers and securing under-asking deals for buyers—always keeping his clients’ best interests as his top priority.
 
Beyond real estate, Chase is committed to giving back to the community.
